My daughter’s first birthday party was the second time we have had off premise catering done by Blue Collar Catering. Both times we went with the Hot Buffet Package and the food was incredible!! The set up and delivery each time was right on time and done perfectly.

This time we decided to have a server, to help out and did we make the right decision!! Barbara was amazing and helped make the party go so smoothly! There was a little issue where French fries didn’t show up with the chicken fingers, things happen but my nephew couldn’t eat anything but French fries due to a food allergy, so it was a little bit of a bummer. Things happen, no big deal. However, Barbara and the Blue Collar crew more than came through for us. Barbara offered to go get French fries for us and she did!! Then while she was out the chef met up with her and gave her a whole tray of fresh fries for us!!! I mean, talk about customer service. It was incredible and so very appreciated! I could not have enjoyed myself as much as I did without Barbara. Thank you Barbara!!

Thank you Blue Collar Catering on your amazing job for our 50th Anniversary party. We opted for the Full Service Catering and it was our best decision. Providing china and utensils was perfect, as were the tablecloths and napkins. You also thought of things we would never have thought of like water glasses and pitchers!

I can't even begin to tout the professionalism of your two servers, Trish and Lauren. They were absolutely lovely, so friendly, and they expertly passed the delicious appetizers. The kitchen and outdoor setting was absolutely spotless when we left and they helped us store the leftovers.

Lastly, the food! Our 3 appetizer choices of quesadillas, crab cakes, and mini spring rolls were delicious as were our 3 entrees. Everyone raved about the food which was plentiful. Our sheet cake was also delicious!

The food was not up to my expectations nor my guests. We had ordered two trays of each dish for a party of 40 and not even all the first trays went, all the second trays weren’t even touched. The Turkey was great, chicken park was okay. The mashed potatoes tasted powder out of a box and were flavorless. The penne vodka was not in a cream sauce whatsoever and was very chunky. The pasta was complete mush as all. It looked like just regular red sauce on penne pasta. I was highly disappointed. I was going to let someone know when I dropped off the items I had to return. But there was a women in the back that was on the phone and just rudely pointed over to a section to drop the things off and continued her conversation with no communication with me or to even ask how the food was.
