I came across Hannah’s floral tutorial on TikTok and, after watching several videos and reading some comments, noticed that she offers a step-by-step guide on her website to replicate the look. I visited her site and, although similar content is available on the platform, the convenience of having quick access to the floral links convinced me to purchase the guide.

However, after completing the purchase, I discovered that several of the floral links were no longer active, and some flowers included in the guide were ones she advised against using. I reached out to her in the comments section to inform her of these issues, believing it was important to share this information with potential buyers.

Her response was unprofessional and dismissive, stating, “You can’t please everyone.” I expressed that, as a business owner, her tone was quite off-putting and suggested that she should inform customers of such potential issues beforehand, especially since refunds are not available and the guide’s usefulness was limited.

Love love loved having Hannah as our wedding photographer!! So fun and personable as well as extremely organized and professional! We loved that the engagement session was included in the wedding package as it gave us a chance to get to know Hannah and her style. After seeing how they turned out, we had zero worries about our wedding photos! We had a large wedding party and she had no issues getting through all the photos/groupings we wanted! She helped us organize our day of timeline and ensured that we had time for all the special moments we wanted captured. I love her style, her ability to capture real, candid moments as well as formals, and how her photos truly reflected how we were feeling in those moments.
