Read moreWe drove an hour to this place. First time going there. My three kids and I. I paid for the family pack for 4 ppl which included two attractions for each, game cards , a pizza and drinks. We was having a great time at first. We done the go karts first. Paid extra for my kids to do laser tag ect. Then after playing arcade games for a while and buying extra game play my kids wanted to play in the playground area. Mind you my oldest is a teenager and very responsible. While I was waiting on our food and sitting with all their prizes they won and our drinks , my kids went and played. I could clearly see my children from where I was. I even took a pic of my kids having fun cause I could see them clearly. I didn’t understand if she wanted me to get in the big play thing with my kids and tote around all their stuff and our food in there so I can have eyes on them through the entire play area or what. Which I’m sure you can’t do. We was never told they needed arm bands. Which why they didn’t offer them when I paid 100$ for the family pack is crazy when they supposedly “needed them “. Well a manager lady went in the play area and yelled at my kids to get out cause they didn’t have arm bands. And she came over to me and yelled at me that my kids can’t be in there without arm bands and that I had to be there with my kids, pointing her finger and bobbing her head. She was yelling so loud that people around stopped and starred. I will not be treated that way or embarrassed when I just threw a lot of money down ( almost 400$ to exact) an establishment for my kids to have fun. My kids were embarrassed and upset as so was I. We got our things together and left. That one lady made our time there turn into a...
Read moreWhen we got there it was raining. After the rain stopped we called and asked how long it would take to get the batting cages up and going. The person on the phone couldn’t give me an answer and just blew us off. About an hour later we showed up and asked the lady at the mini golf area about how long it would take to get the batting cages up. She told us it was flooded and didn’t know how long it would be so we decided to play mini golf. After a round of mini golf we went inside to get a refreshment and check on the batting cage time. We let the lady know that we live an hour away and just want to know if the batting cages were going to open at any point or if we should just go home. The lady was kind of rude and just told us to ask someone outside. After asking two young men by the gokarts they didn’t have an answer either. After being disappointed we walked towards the exit but decided to ask Ryan if they had an estimate on how long it would be. He told us he would hurry out side and try to get it fixed up for us. We told him we were going sit in the car and eat our pizza and he promised that by the time we were done eating he would have it fixed up for us. While sitting in the car we saw Ryan running trying to clear up the water all by himself. After a little while we went inside to get tokens and the two lady’s at the counter looked annoyed with us. They asked someone to come outside and help us and when we got there this nice guy greeted us(can’t remember his name but he said he was adopted from Haiti) . And a little bit later Ryan came out and watched us bat. He even gave us some tips and made the place feel welcoming. If it weren’t for Ryan this...
