Sunny Nails — Local services in Lafayette

I’ve been a faithful customer at another local nail salon but went to Sunny’s yesterday from a recommendation (due to the growing long wait at my previous nail salon) and I have to say that I am happy that I did! The salon is nicer, quieter and overall a more pleasant experience! I’m super happy with the way that they done my nails and I didn’t feel like I was rushed. They took their time and made sure that my nails were done right! The price was the same as my original place but I got exactly what I asked for! I like the fact that they are a family owned and operated business and you can definitely tell that they care about what they do! Although I was a faithful customer to my past nail salon for over 4 years, I’m definitely switching to Sunny Nails! Not only for the overall better quality and experience but because I’m 100% behind supporting locally owned family...

This used to be my favorite spot until I had an appointment yesterday at 11. When I showed, nobody was there so I waited around outside until 11:10 and finally left. Later at 11:45 I get a voicemail saying I no showed my app and am no longer welcome to make apps there. I just tried calling to discuss the misunderstanding and was quickly hung up on. Very sad. Very unprofessional. I’ve been going here for years and have never been late or no showed before. I am in the service industry myself so I know how clients/customers should be treated and this was so not it. Do not recommend this...

Thia has been my go to Nail Salon from the first time I visited. The Spa Pedicure is nothing short of Amazing!!!
