After contacting our local jeep dealership in Berrien County (Brookfield Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram) that we had been using for our 2017 Ram sport and inquiring if they could do oil changes and tire rotations on our lifted 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with the 37" tires and was assured that would be no problem. We proceeded to take the jeep in on 5 different oil change/tire rotations and each time when I would get back home Mike Tarwater would say no way they rotated the tires. I would call to be assured it was done, next time same thing given the slip it was done etc to get home to Mike saying once again it was not done. Repeat process calling them, inquiring and being told it was done. The last time we took it in they informed us it would be additional charges to change the tires because of the size and additional charge because they cant remove a part to change oil. I said, you have done all the last 4 oil changes so that's on you. But instead we were accused of putting after market parts on the jeep and they wanted more money. We were told they had not been serving us even though I had the slips at home. Because they could not update our email they deleted our previous account and created a new account!! What?? Thankfully we kept every service slip on both vehicles. I inquired that is odd considering you have been putting on my paperwork it was done but now you want more money? Then finding out that what we had been paying for a service that was never completed and parts being broken I was beyond not happy. I tried to reach Mike at work to see what he wanted me to do but I was unable to reach him when they needed an answer so I told them just do the work. After Mike Tarwater got out of his meeting he called me and told me to tell them we would go elsewhere but it was to late they had already started. The manager was to call us and never heard back from anyone at Brookfield Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and that is when we made the decision to take our 2 vehicles and go elsewhere.
We had been inquiring on social media and speaking to other Jeep owners as to whom they were currently using or had used that would still be somewhat local for us as I am currently in Chemotherapy treatment and would be the one bringing them in for service. We were told about a dealership in Bridgman, MI called Siemans in Bridgman. I called and spoken to Patrick Bonzani one of the service advisor and explained our situation and was this a service he felt they could perform. They assured us that they felt they could defiantly help us out. We had an appointment scheduled for tire rotation and oil change on the jeep. On three different occasions I had to call and reschedule the appointment because of a conflict with my next chemo session and without hesitation Patrick Bonzani went above and beyond to make it happen. We were a brand new customer who had never stepped foot in their dealership yet Siemans in Bridgman was going beyond the extra mile to make it happen for us.
On December 13, 2023 I arrived with the jeep and they made a point to keep me isolated from the other customers as I was still in restrictions with my chemo care while I waited for the jeep. I never said a word to them but they remembered my situation. Once again going above and beyond to take care of their customer. They completed the job with absolutely no issues and gave us us the paperwork showing everything was completed. No surprise billing at the end either. Got the jeep home and first thing Mike Tarwater did when he got home from work was go out and look to see that YES everything was completed.
5 stars are not enough for this company! THEY deserve more!! We highly recommend them for your service needs and we will be taking BOTH our vehicles to them from now on for all our service needs. Thank you for going the extra mile for...
Read moreDO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BE SERVICED HERE!!! I own a jeep wrangler that is under warranty. I was having some death wobble on the highway so I decided to bring it in to have it looked at. They took it for a day and couldn't find a problem. They contacted Chrysler to be told what part to replace. The following week it was scheduled to come back on a wednesday to have a steering gear replaced. I told them they could only have it for one day because I needed to work the following day. So I dropped it off on Tuesday evening so they would have all day to work on it. I also asked for an oil change and tire rotation which I was told should run me about $60-$70. Anyways, I get a call at 3:30 on Wednesday (3 hours before they close) and am told they couldn't find the key for my tires and that they didn't have the bolts to replace the part so they would need to keep it an extra day. No rental or any help whatsoever. So at this point I'm already upset but I make due and pick up the car on Thursday. I wasn't charged for the oil change so I thought they were just making it up to me. But I pick up my vehicle and now the wobble is easily 10 times worse. Now it is almost to the point of being undrivable. Now 11 days later, I get a call telling me to come pay my $108 bill for the oil change and rotation. No word on when my vehicle could be fixed. I asked to see the manager and after explaining what happened and why I am upset I was told I needed to change my attitude. What a joke. I believe I have every right to be outraged at this point. I don't know if I'm just being pushed out because I didn't purchase the car from them or if they are just that horrible to everyone. I will be contacting Chrysler about this and I will be looking for a different service department to take my business. Also I won't recommend anyone to not do business with this establishment or at least there service department.
Reply. Oh yes. I see how well you service your costumers. A run around for over a month because it was a buy back. If you refused to honor the warranty than I probably shouldn't have been told how you guys would get everything straightened out. I'm told day one that you guys would have it fixed and that everything would be taken care of because it has the buy back warranty. Now I'm treated like garbage and put aside because it was a buy back. So thank you for truly showing JEEP'S customer service at your astablishment. If the car wasn't bought there. You won't fix it. But you should definitely go to there website to see there reviews. Lol. Remember that's the owner that replied to this post. So just imagine how well you would be treated...
Read moreVery sad with the lack of communication and professionalism. We brought our van in because it was stalling out while driving. We even indicated that if we couldn't get it fixed, we would be looking into a new vehicle because we didn't feel safe driving our family in it. Knowing the possibility of having a new customer looking for something new in the very near future, not only was the professionalism lacking, but the communication was well. I would think they would have invested some more time into helping us out...at least feeling valued so that we stayed local to purchase the new vehicle. Instead, we were told they couldn't find anything wrong with the van and handed us our keys while adding, "I wouldn't feel safe putting my family in the van either." The icing on the cake was when we walked out, another customer we do not know said, "I understand your frustration. I have never received quality service or communication here. I am only hear because I lease my vehicle and they are the closest service provider." Disappointed that while we want to keep business locally, we feel we have to look somewhere else for our new vehicle purchase.
In response: I realize our experience is only ours, but I see others reviews with similar issues regarding the service department. They have all been very nice to talk to, but not helpful....and you even said, my wife has had to contact you several times. In all my experiences, it was a service department contacting me to keep me informed. Not the other way. Yes, I realize this issue is larger than just Siemans, but it has been a...
