Fox Appliance Parts — Local services in Lake City

I got mad today this is the 3rd time and 3 parts I have bought at FOX since last year well I had to take my dryer element back because it was not the issue I could have worked overtime at work but did not just to take this part back when I am working this place is open and can not make it there before they close.I came from mcdonough through all of that traffic took a no and waited a while only to be told by the lady it had been installed I said no she said look at the screw holes I did not see anything.Now I have over a $60.00 part just sitting here and a loss of money and time.I bet they never give a refund back I bought it Monday a week ago and have the receipt.My dad has been going to FOX since the 70's.I would have taken some of a loss for the part but not all of it.I got a new dryer Thursday,the lady at FOX told me to hold on to it your element will go out eventually the dryer I had was whirlpool this...

From the time I walked through the door you could feel the GREAT energy. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, humorous & professional. The part that I needed was in stock. As a matter of fact, one of the ladies looked over and said, "I just put one of those back.". The guy picked it up, brought it over and laid it on the counter for the other lady to ring it up. We all shared a few laughs and I was already to checkout. I was in & out in less than 3 minutes. One of the ladies told a customer that she loved him, as he walked out. I told them all that I love them, as well. Lol! that they jad GREAT customer service. The entire experience was very pleasant and I made sure to tell them that I'm a customer for life and I will be referring any and everybody, that I know about them. I'll even refer any & everybody that I don't know, who may need their services, about them. Keep up...

Nice place to get parts from. Went in to get some parts. My company has been going here for about a year. Service is usually pretty fast. I encountered a young lady that was a bit lost. Jessica was her name. It seems as if she needs some additional training before servicing customers at the front counter. She was nice but didn't have pep in her step nor knowledge of the system and where about of parts. I noticed her asking other employees for help seem to slow them down also. No negative shout outs but a great concern for how fox is known for there fast perfomance and knowledge. Would have gave 5 stars but she needs some additional training. Keep up...
