I have been going here for years now and I’m very disappointed with this place lately. Normally I have great service But not today. I drive from 30-40 mins away and I usually have to use the bathroom since I am diabetic it really sucks to drive so far to your store and there is a bathroom that is fully functional but you guys have a put an out of order sign on it. Y’all have had a customer restroom since y’all opened. It was one of the things I liked about your dispo. I understand other people may be gross but all I had to do was #1 and since I was allowed another time prior to this visit to use it -like the week before…I know it works. Shame on you guys! This is how you treat your paying long term customers. And this came after I had to wait almost 20 mins to pay bc the budtender was chatting with the people in front of me purchasing. There were only 3 of us customers in the store. There manager on duty did try to make that right by giving me a free pre roll. I also tipped him. Then when I asked he told me they were not allowed to let people use it. Again, showing it works but y’all have a fake sign up…Then the check in guy suggested I use the Porto potties outside. You know with no soap to wash my hands after and like I’m at a festival not an establishment I spend $1000s a year on … I think I’ll be going somewhere else from now on to spend my money since, for me, I would rather pay a little more for better service and establishment. And since we live in a capitalist society where we can decide where and how to spend our money-I will no longer be spending mine here! Y’all are wrong for this and you know it. Do better or lose customers and money… oh did I mention I have referred people here too…I’ll be telling them to spend their money elsewhere as well. To the many older customers or customers with diabetes there are several other dispensaries that are close to this one that have clean customer bathrooms that they will allow you use and won’t fake them being broken. I’ll be going to them from now on. Imagine if I was an elderly person you told to go use the Porto potties? Wow…really guys, do better. Or maybe you don’t really care about your customers like you say you do. Because that is the message I got loud and clear....
Read moreOh, let me tell you, this is nothing short of an absolute nightmare dispo trip I am a dedicated patron of this store, having poured hundreds of hard-earned dollars into their products, all while enthusiastically spreading the word and bringing countless new customers through their doors. I’ve been a Bud connoisseur for over five years, so when I saw their “Trailer Park Trees” bud on sale—three for ten—I was practically giddy with excitement!
But what did I get when I got home? A jaw-dropping disaster! I cracked open those jars, and what hit me? A smell that was so overpoweringly reminiscent of cleaning solution that I nearly dropped the jars in shock! All three strains, identical in their foul chemical stench, screamed of mold and neglect. The buds? Oh, where do I even begin? Some of the buds were so wet that they crumbled into a sad mess, and to top it off, they were a ghastly brown-tan, devoid of any lush green color!
And if that wasn’t enough, I peeled off the white sticker only to find a shocking revelation: a completely different brand labeled “Sweet Dreams Premium Cannabis” lurking beneath! Then under the jar sticker it reads pints indica cannabis not sativa It was like unwrapping a gift only to find a moldy sock inside. Not only that, but the jar bore three different brand names of this atrocious weed, each one of the jars more un-smokable than the last!
This isn’t just bad weed; it harkens back to the nightmarish early 2000s brick weed that nobody wants to remember! But brick weed smelled better and burned better than this shit I am utterly appalled that this store would even consider selling such a hazardous product to unsuspecting customers. First time ever seeing the guy, me and my man pulled up, we weren't even in the parking lot for 5 minutes yet and this guy walks up to my passenger window to tell us "you guys can't be chillin your car right here like this" we asked why , and he responded with "well it's safety concerns, just in case someone tries to rob us." TAKE IN MIND this whole time, there were people smoking and hanging out next to us, they had already been there for who knows how long, but he's not going to tell them anything? I told him that and he didn't respond. Fast forward a week. Me and my man come go get an OZ, off rip he sees our car and comes to stand at the front door to watch us. We get out and walk up, he instantly asks us for our IDs and rec cards, we show him. Then he says he needs to see my mans drivers license? My man asks "since when" and he's going to respond with "since right now" then he's gonna start saying we have attitude and we can leave if we have attitude. this whole time my man is talking, I'm just standing there. And this guy starts to argue with him while he's slowly handling our cards. We go inside and I go to look for an OZ, this guy was just staring at us the entire time and making a face that was making me extremely uncomfortable. I said "I'm not giving this place business if this security guard is working, he's racist and he's been harassing us since he's seen us."
