Pipe Dreamz Dispensary Lake Elsinore — Local services in Lake Elsinore

I went to this dispensary for the first time this afternoon. Upon arrival, I had to give my ID, phone number, and personally input my email into the guards tablet. After which, the guard took a picture of my ID and told me I could go back. I was greeted well, and everybody seemed friendly. I put together an entire order, and upon trying to pay I was told that their system says I have been there before and thus they would not honor the first time discount. I told them they were wrong, and that I had never been to a dispensary on that street, let alone theirs. The budtender showed me the picture the guard took, asking if it was me (which it obviously is..) and showed me orders from a previous year in the $40 range. I never spend less then $100. What I think happened, is they messed up the information and tied me to another person's account. Once the budtender decided I was lieing, the attitude changed completely and I felt very uncomfortable. If you ever want to make it right, feel free to reach out... but the 949 number you have on file is NOT MINE. I asked if they had a different location at some point, to which she said NO. Upon walking out, I was greeted by a budtender for the shop next door. What I got from them is better than what I was getting from lemonade, and for less. The world works in...

Very good first experience here, came in with no idea of what I wanted to grab just happened to be in the area. Security seemed pretty cool some guy with a beard. When I walked in side the shop I was greeted by someone named JoJo he said his name was something like Juan but I couldn’t pronounce so he said JoJo. He seen it was my first time and my birthday and told me happy birthday followed by they have 50% off and a free gift of some sort. I told him what I like and don’t like in flower and he ended up recommending me a couple different priced brands. I ended up buying all his suggestions and went home completely satisfied. He is very knowledgeable and friendly when it comes to cannabis and helping also gave me tips on how to keep my puffco clean. The cashier also was very nice I believe her name was Bre or something along those lines. Great customer service Can’t wait...

Sam was super helpful and knowledgeable! Was definitely a treat going in the shop today for the first time. Would recommend!

UPDATE: staff quality has gone down since coming back after hitting up Gelato a bunch. And the one time I get helped by an older lady she just seems generally annoyed and like she's above it all. She felt the need to throw a look at her coworker when trying to add something to my order. I went for multiple things which she would have known if she just ask "what brings you in today?" Or "can I get you anything else?". The whole transaction she just seemed generally impatient and uncaring. Probably the shoddy manager people talk about in reviews now.
