Was looking for a specific product for a specific medical need and Tyah took the time both to understand my need, and to explain the types of cartridges and how the product is extracted. Because of this knowledge, she helped my decide on the perfect type of oil extraction and then we discussed the best strain for my med need. Went home and tested it all out as it was needed, and it is a WONDERFUL SUGGESTION- so Tyah, thank you so much for your knowledge and ESPECIALLY for understanding what I was trying to accomplish and for the perfect...

Pleasant experience but I do have some constructive criticisms.

As someone that has grown Cannabis at a high level of cultivation I expected the personnel at a dispensary to be more knowledgeable about the parent strains and terpene profiles of the products being marketed. I am not sure if this is inexperience on Rylans part or lack of product information which would fall in management responsibility.

Not everyone is going to have the knowledge and questions someone like me has. But if the Budtenders and staff were better prepared and possessed the knowledge to answer questions from those like me, then they would also be able to describe the products more fully and also give raise the experience of those less in the know than me to one that’s more enjoyable and also educational.

I will definitely return as this is my first trip to any dispensary in Missouri and I am sure that my experience here is commonplace.

I just want to say how blown away I am by the professionalism, and by the positive experience I had this morning with Sam, and Jenn. They were both outstanding women, and they went above and beyond for me. I saw last night after closing, a connect four deal for the live rosins, well I went in there this morning with what I wanted in mind, super excited with a smile on my face, and Sam helped me every step of the way, although an issue came up, and that was apparently that the connect four deal ended this morning, but Sam spoke with Jenn, and they collaborated a plan to ensure that I was taking care of, when I say they went above and beyond, I mean it, and they moved mountains to ensure that I got the medicine that I needed, for the price that I had hoped. Well they moved that mountain, and they got me taken care of, and I am so incredibly grateful for Sam's, and Jenn's professionalism, and compassionate heart towards the patient.
