My fiancé and I recently got engaged, but my rings (engagment and wedding band) were too big. We decided to visit here for ring sizing. They were very kind when we went in and immediately pointed out that the way the rings were designed may cause some diamonds to fall out. So they would see if they could correct that while it was being sized. About 10 days later we got the rings back. When we got home we noticed that the wedding band had a missing diamond. My Fiance called them up the next day and they apologized for the mishap and told him they would replace the diamond free of charge. He brought the ring back in. After a few days we got a call talking about how the diamonds just keep falling out and because of the thin nature of the ring there was nothing they could do that wouldn't cover the whole diamond in extra metal. Instead it was offered for us to come on and take a look at their selection of quality rings and trade in the other one for a discount on one of theirs. Well, that's exactly what we did. We were talked through picking out the perfect ring and even told they can fix the shape to fit with my engagement ring perfectly just how the old one did. We decided on the perfect ring. Throughout our whole messy process the team here was nothing but understanding and kind. We will 100% be coming back here for my fiancés ring and to get my wedding ring and engagement ring...
Read moreWhat an amazing experience. Although I bought an engagement ring here back in the 80's, I'm not s jewelry person and have only been in the store a few times since.
I wear a pendant with my dad's ashes around my neck. Bought elsewhere it began to wear through. John did an amazing job repairing it.
While there I learn that John fixes Cuckoo Clocks. I had purchased a really awesome Cuckoo Clock while in the Black Forest when I was stationed in Germany. I had it shipped home and never had a place big enough to put it. Recently buying a new home I found the perfect spot for it. Unfortunately, I didn't package and store it correctly, so it didn't work.
I took it in and John looked it over. He have me two options, one costing a little more then the other. He was comfortable that the CHEAPER cleaning would do the trick, yes, he suggested the CHEAPER option. That's professionalism!!!
I got it home, hung it, and love it. Well, until I realized it was losing 6 minutes every 12 hours. I sent an email asking to have John look at it again. Instead of having to pack it up and take it to him, wait to get it back, and pay a few bucks, John called me. He explained to me over the phone how to adjust the pendulum to correct this issue. No cost, again, very professional in my opinion.
The clock is keeping perfect time now and I have John to thank for...
Read moreI brought in 3 watches for repairs, two of the watches had minor repairs/adjustments and were returned in a timely manner. The last watch had to be sent out of the store for a replacement part the store did not have on hand. Several weeks later I was called to pick up the watch, when I asked for a breakdown of the cost ( which I felt was a bit high for what was done) The clerk acted as though she didnât understand what I was referring to by the term â breakdownâ I told her Labor and cost , she told me she didnât know like it was a term she had never heard and made no effort to ask. I guess I should pay the bill without knowing what I am paying for. I have worked for two other Jewelers in the past and know you certainly can and should give your customer a breakdown of labor/cost. I asked where they send the watch and was told they donât give out that information. I donât know the sales associateâs name, but she was rude and condescending. We will not return, no reason to give business to someone who doesnât appreciate their customers. Your Sales people are your frontline of your business their words and actions...
