Between the lack of customer service and the price of the teas I will not be going here any longer. My experience started well. I bought 4 of their specialty teas. They are a bit expensive but Thursdays are bogo 50% so I was going to treat myself and my coworkers. I was given a carrier for my teas. When I got to work the carrier broke as I got out of my car and the teas fell to the ground and 2 cups broke. I messaged them saying the carrier broke and asked if I could pick up 2 replacement teas. She was very nice and said come on down and she'd make them. I got there and she didn't ask for more details on what happened. She charged me the same for the replacement teas as the original I bought. I would have expected something more considering it was their carrier that broke causing the teas to fall on the ground.
