My child had surgery this morning and the nurse recommended I call to ensure Chancey had a particular medicine as it has been on back order lately. I called was treated like a criminal for asking was it in stock. Chancey is the ONLY pharmacy in Lake Park. I asked would I have to drive to Lake Park to find out and back to Valdosta if they didn't and she said yes. She even asked if I had a prescription to which I said yes. Back in 2018, Chancey gave me and my husband a racist environment feeling so we never used them. Winn dixie pharmacy has since closed and forced us to use them as we are residents in Lake Park. Everytime that I might need a refill on monthly prescription they already have ready for me to pick up or sence Covid-19 and me having an autoimmune disease that can contribute to starting other health problems if I'm not doing well and can't pick up my prescriptions Chancy Drugs will deliver it to my home. Absolutely a wonderful RX store that actually cares about their customers. Sometimes there might be a wait or some RX's have to be ordered but having such a wonderful and caring staff can go a long way in today's world. I want to thank everyone there for taking care of all of my family and all of our different medication. But there is one person there that I would rather not deal with. She is a cashier and does drive thru customers. She does not smile, never friendly and I have dealt with her for quite some time.
