DQ should Lose Sales for knowingly upsetting customers. Since they opened, they don’t start pick up orders until you get there. They put you behind every person getting in the drive-through after you get there. They have been doing that to people since they opened this location. Everyone in drive-through is getting their food made ahead of you. Don’t smile in my face and tell me you’re sorry when you know exactly what you’re doing is wrong. If you order pick up through an app, they Make the pick up person wait forever once they get there. They will take all day and act like you’re the one who’s wrong for expecting fast food to run fast. Stopped at a Dairy Queen in Georgia during a road trip, and it was a fantastic experience! The location was super convenient—right off the road with easy access—and the bathrooms were spotless, which is always a big win when you're traveling.
