This store is absolutely amazing and I will definitely be coming back for future purchases, plus recomending them to everyone. I felt welcomed and at ease during my visit. I usually hate going to furniture stores. I always feel pressured into buying, but they made me feel at ease. The lady who helped me the first day was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I was pretty scattered brain. I took pics of sofas/Sectionals that interested me and went home to do some research (BTW definitely research furniture before you buy because I got burned by Ashley on the altari sofa sectional, highly do NOT recommend that sectional it you have kids and pets). I saw on the ashley website the marelton sofa that I was interested in was on clearance. I messaged the store through FB and they said that they would match Ashley's price. I was ecstatic. I spent $1600 less than 4 years ago on the Altari sectional at the Ashley store and had the protection plan. However, when the cushions started unraveling after a year i was advised it was NOT covered under warranty. 🙄 So lame right. Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. Staci was able to direct me to exactly what I was looking for. Customer service was excellent. I wasn’t expecting my delivery until Monday, however, Staci called and said they could deliver on Saturday which was a plus for me.
