I spoke with a gentleman on the phone, and asked him about the price of citadel brand miniature figure glue.

He answered me in 1 second flat, without having to look to find the price, or see if they had it in stock.

This is a good thing. This is a great thing!

This means their staff (I think it was the owner I was talking to,) is incredibly knowledgeable about their products. He was also polite and had a positive attitude over the phone.

So I went into the store to pick up the glue:

the guys were all nice and talkative and sociable the owner was friendly and knew his stuff they even offered my some cake and pizza.

Finally, the owner gave me a free catachan colonel!! What an awesome guy.

Just based off that interaction alone, they will be getting 90% of my war gaming related business. When they expand to the bigger store, which will allow for table top gameplay in store, I will be a regular for sure. I look forward to what more comes from this family...

Was searching around when I stumbled on this little store. Sam was super friendly and knowledgeable on the products. They had great prices and he even gave me some free promo posters and few other cool things. But, the icing on the cake when my son asked for 2 quarters to get a card from the vending machine and I told him "I'm sorry I don't have any change." Sam, without hesitation whipped out 2 quarters and handed them to my son. His face lit up as he was just so thrilled. He got a card that had 2 cards in it and he put them in his binder. I absolutely love this place. It’s the complete opposite of what I’ve unfortunately experienced at other TCG and collectibles stores, which can often feel cliquish and unwelcoming to newcomers. The owners here are incredibly laid-back and always willing to answer questions directly on Discord. Speaking of which, their Discord community is one of the most positive and helpful I've encountered.
