I bought a used washer and dryer from them when I bought my house nearby their business. I am moving there from 4 hours away so I’m not there during the week yet. I called them their next business day after finding out that the washer was leaking right after I bought it. I was put in contact with the man that repairs the appliances. We scheduled a day for him to fix it on my next trip out there. It worked for one load and started leaking again. I called him again and was scheduled to get it fixed on my next trip out again. I confirmed the day before. Then was cancelled the morning of our appointment. I have not received a call or text since then. I’m very understanding of things happening and having to reschedule, as I too have an irregular schedule there because of moving, but the lack of communication when it comes to rescheduling, etc is where I have a problem. It doesn’t take much just to be courteous. We were told that it would be fixed, and I’m sitting with a washer I paid $300 for that is still leaking without any effort in communication from them to get it scheduled to be fixed. Wow! Okay firstly, we bought a Samsung washer and dryer set from Buckeye a few years ago. They delivered it and helped us get all set up! Well yesterday, our dryer stopped heating, the heating element burned out. Today, 4/28, Alan came out, had out dryer apart in minutes, replaced our heating element and had the dryer put back together all within an hour. We live in an apartment where the washer and dryer are crammed in very small areas and he was able to squeeze back and get it done. He also cleaned out our dryer vent, fixed our hot water to our washer and moved our washer and dryer a tad to make it way more easier to get to! We’ve had no hot water in our washer since we moved in 3-4 years ago. My husband and I are both thrilled and so grateful! On top of that, Alan was very friendly and professional!
