Absolutely disappointed. This was my second visit to this store as I normally go to the subway in Main Street. Obviously I should have done so today. I went in with a large order, and I called ahead and had some of the items already waiting. At the counter I ordered 2 subs and a salad. Both subs were to be not toasted and one sub was going to have all the veggies but both with no olives. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch salad for myself. When it cake time to my salad she acted like she knew what I wanted in it. She put pickles and cucumber and even jalapeños. THEN she put mayonnaise in my salad. I look over and the other girl has toasted both of the subs. So I tell them they need to be remade as they were specifically told not to toast them. The two girls gave me attitude and acted like it was the worse part of their day, even though it was their fault. Then when I mentioned I didnât ask for the items on my salad nor did I want mayonnaise she got really rude with me and snapped at me âwell what do you want?!â So then I tell her I wanted chicken, extra bacon, and tomatoes. Then I told her I wanted the ranch on the side not on my salad. So she grabs little black cups and puts the ranch in the cups. I ask her if they had the salad ranch dressing that I didnât want to other ranch. She shoved the cups off to the side and they spilled all over the counter. She rang my order up and did not tell me how much the total was. As soon as I pulled my debit card out she snapped âwell you need to insert it to pay!â Once I did so she took the receipt and stuffed it in the far bottom of the bag like I wouldnât have seen it In there.    Read moreThis place used to be great. The staff was friendly and professional. Coming to this Subway was once a guaranteed pleasant experience. Then, slowly, all the good employees started to disappear. What we are left with are employees who remind me quite a bit of zombies. They take forever to help you. With NO ONE else in line ahead of you. It could be 15 minutes before they even look at you. All they do is online orders. They don't care about the people physically standing in their restaurant. They are insanely slow. I watched a guy check the paper order in his hands 4 times before dropping tomatoes on the order with all the speed of a tree sloth. They start your order but then forget you are there and ignore you to go back to working on the online orders again. You might get asked if you want double cheese. But probably not. You may be asked if you want more dressing. Or they will barely touch your sub with dressing before wrapping it up and tossing it to the register counter before walking away and not helping the other person you're there with. No kindness. No professionalism. They will have 8 people in line with 2 employees working and 1 sitting at a table reading a book. If you complain they send you a canned email reply that has nothing whatsoever to do with your complaint. I used to tip here every time. Sometimes 10 bucks. Now the idea is laughable.    Read moreI just wanted to say thank you to the young man that was working at the subway on Sandusky Ave. yesterday evening. It was very patient since I had a very large order, very polite and accommodating. I went there yesterday without checking with the family on what everyone wanted. I ended up worrying six different subs, while talking on the phone to see what everybody in the family wanted. As you can imagine this took a little bit. When I got there there was no one in line but after I start ordering or more people came in. Young man did not get flustered at all just got to work on my order and asked for the other guy in the back to come out and help the other people. That young man gave me great service and made everything perfect. At the end he thanked me for coming in and told me to have a great night.
