This review is ONLY ABOUT THE MAN….Well the HUSBAND OF THE OWNER as I heard someone call him. Well I will say I have been coming here for the last 2 years from Oak Park, IL passing up the lady at my church and a few that are close to me JUST so I can go here because I truly enjoy the popcorn. I mean I have my family in Detroit hooked that I send her some once a month since last year!!!

When you go to any place of business I don’t think you should expecting to be treated like your bothering someone for evening bothering them at the place they work. So going in I already know dude not about to speak or say how can I help you…but I know he capable of it cuz he does it to every 3rd person if u stand in there long enough for a few to come in. Today me and my friend came …she coming from Broadview so she literally skipping the one in hillside . She buy 2 bags for a total of $18.19 which included a lil tip. I spent $33.08 on 4 bags…so the young guy came to front and bagged mines and I asked for a bag for my friend with her 2 bags in her arms….the “Owners husband “ comes and snatched the bag from young man and tells me bag is 10cent…so because I bought 4 bags I get one but because she only bought 2 she don’t get one…he says yeah…my friend walks out..I get the bag cuz I hate for a person to tell me what something cost as if a B don’t have it…but even the boy asked him WHAT ARE YOU DOING ….i get it’s his Wife Business but he is the WRONG person to have in front line. Nobody should have to BRACE themselves before entering this place to buy something from them. If the popcorn wasn’t so good I wouldn’t come again, but it sucks that anyone has to deal with poor customer service to get...

It's going to be a thumbs down the for me. They are not better than Let's Get Poppin. I was really hoping they would be because Let's Get Poppin be off and on. Let's Get Poppin be trying to cut corners sometimes by reducing the cheese like no one is going to notice. Let me just say this, I'm not a dope fiend, don't smoke anything, my mind isn't control by weed or anything. My point being is that my taste buds aren't affected by any dope. That's all people do is get high and say something taste good. No, it doesn't. And that's the final verdict. I know what I'm eating. Enjoyacorn was just bland. I told my brother he could try it himself, maybe it's just me, most of the reviews are great. He said no sis, I'm going to take your word for it.

Just so all can be aware, many times the rave reviews are coming directly from the family/friends and perhaps employees. Their reviews might be biased in nature. I noticed this occurring at another establishment. I don't personally question anyone's review. I just know that what I got was absolutely bland. Perhaps, a bad bag? I don't know. I'm certainly not happy about throwing $14 down the drain. If it's sooo good why did it not get smashed? My review is for my experience. No one ever has to question the integrity...

I've been to this place many times and the popcorn is great. This review is for the service. Every time I've been I've dealt with who I am assuming is the owner, lighter skinned gentleman. Service was never spectacular, but never bad enough to not return. Today was different. My mom and I came in on a Sunday and purchased 6 bags between the both of us. When we got home I noticed one of the bags was the wrong flavor. No biggie. Called the store and explained, he (the owner) told me to bring the popcorn back (weird but ok) and they would switch it. Repeated my order back and everything. I told him I wasn't in the area and would bring it back wednesday (they're closed M and T). Sent my mom and OMG. I will NEVER patronize this place again. He basically told her that I didn't order that type of popcorn and MADE HER PAY THE $2 DIFFERENCE. He told her that he doesn't need to apologize because he's done nothing wrong and offered nothing for the inconvenience. Reader if you'll recall, I spoke with him on Sunday and this wasn't the case. I wish I would've gone in her place because after hearing her account I'm HEATED. Doing all that over some popcorn is CRAAAAZY. It doesn't matter how good your product is, if your service is bad you WILL...
