If I can give them a -5 stars, I had a 4 o’clock am appointment 1-26- 2024 checked in at 3:32 AM. They gave me a door at 11:45 AM. There’s no parking here you park on the street if you can get a close spot just park close and walk up to the guard shack easier cause if you pull in and there’s no parking on the inside which it’s not, it’s for their trucks, they will have you check and turn around and tell you to go find you a spot to park on the street went back at 9 o’clock to see what was going on. I was told that the product wasn’t ready. It’s now 11:45 am I have been driving trucks for 29 years all over the road. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. So I’m in a door now it is 11:52 AM the Lord of me now if it takes longer than an hour I will put another review of them. If not, that means I got loaded less than an hour and I’m out of this hell hole of a place, trust me it took a lot for me to review cause I usually don’t do it drivers need to be aware of this facility. Food is always like fatty mash, lack of nutrition and variety, every week dish selection stays almost the same except maybe 1-2 new items a week; It wasn't clear from the beginning that you have to pick dished up Monday next week after having delivery on Saturday! You have literally only 2 days to login and pick. Otherwise - they premade choice of the same meals for you. On top of that, I tried to resolve it with their customer support and it turned in into nothing: they still sent 18 meals of the same food! Phone support, like I said terrible, the same is email. They never responded about my account removal, so I had to block my card and reissue another card number! They spam a lot about their advertisement being a really bad service at the same time. Truckers, please don't come here. Something is really fishy here. When I went through their reviews, I was scared a little bit. They did the same as expected. My truck was empty @ 8am and I waited the whole day. I checked in around 6:30 PM for a 9PM appointment. Around 9PM they called me and said your load is canceled because they have another truck that showed up for the same load. I said, "I came first, why you are canceling my load?" Then they said that they had another truck, and the truck have space available. They gonna load this product on that truck. They don't even know how many truck they need to ship their product.
