Starbucks — Restaurant in Illinois

Had the worst experience ever for the first time at Starbucks. Unfortunately I didn’t get a name but It was a middle aged white woman with dark hair , she had a tattoo on her neck who “helped”both me and my friend. She was extremely rude and We just ordered 2 drinks and food, while being the ONLY customers at the time. For some reason she was rushing and throwing our food across the table (I’m not exaggerating) my friends food almost fell off the counter but he caught it. She poured our drinks in the cup and did not mix it, leaving my matcha powder in clumps and my friends pink drink milk separating. My friend tried the drink and it tasted watered down so he went and politely asked if she could remake the drink with attitude she said “it doesn’t have any water, it had 2 ingredients only and it’s made right” then proceeded to dump drink with attitude and a big sigh went up to my friend and told him to look at her while she’s make the drink because she was making it right and was being passive aggressive with him. She murmured comments but we didn’t hear well. We felt extremely uncomfortable and ended up going to a different Starbucks and they remade the drink without attitude and tasted how it...

This Satellite Starbucks, while convenient in its location, lacks the distinctive flavor and ambiance that many other Starbucks locations offer. Despite the familiarity of the brand, the experience here falls short in delivering the same level of satisfaction found in other branches. The coffee seems to lack the same robustness and depth of flavor, possibly due to inconsistencies in preparation or ingredients. Additionally, the atmosphere may be lacking, failing to provide the cozy and inviting environment that patrons often seek in a coffee shop. While it may serve its purpose for a quick caffeine fix, it lacks the charm and character that make Starbucks a beloved destination for coffee...

I usually order one type of my favourite drink at Starbucks, so I can tell when the barista makes my drink right. Unfortunatly it was not happen for the last few times I visited this store inside Mariano's. The coffee is just meh, taste like ice water with a little hint of coffee, same as the tea, the deep and strong flavor are no longer there compare to other Starbucks store. Would not recommend...
