With limited options in the area, sometimes Iâm forced to shop here when I need something quickly I canât order online elsewhere. But the prices are typically very high. The consignment area is a nice offering. However, Iâll be driving out of my way to Dover from now on. I ordered a stall plate here 8 weeks ago. I was told when I placed the order it would be done in 2 weeks and they would call when it was finished. After 4 weeks I never got a call, but I was passing by and decided to stop in thinking surely it would be finished. I was told (rather rudely - but theyâve never really had stellar customer service, so thatâs no surprise) that it wasnât done because other girl who had been doing them decided she didnât feel like it anymore.â I asked for a refund because I needed the plate when it was supposed to be finished, and Iâd rather order from somewhere else that could meet the deadline. They told me they couldnât refund me because âit was already halfway throughâ whatever that meant. Another 4+ weeks go by, and I call again to check in. I was told it was STILL not complete now because thereâs supposedly âtrouble with the machine.â But they still refused to refund me. If it was âhalfway throughâ over a month ago why is it still not done? If it is not complete in the next few days, I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company for a fraudulent charge and reporting them. Itâs absolutely ridiculous that they wonât refund me for an order they should have fulfilled 6 weeks ago now, and Iâve just gotten the runaround excuse after excuse while they have my money and I still donât have the...
   Read moreThis store was recommended to me by my sonâs trainer. It is about an hour from our house, but we made the trek one afternoon. I am SO glad we did! My son started riding a few years ago and is entering his first show. My husband and I do not come from riding families, so we donât know much about show wear and specifics. We gave April and Lauren our list of what we needed and they took it from there! Not only did they help us find the right items, but shared with us tips and tricks and how to look for things in the future. They also answered all of our endless questions. They tried to find everything in consignment first, sharing that since my son was growing, it was good to save money where we could. They found almost everything in consignment which helped us save a bunch of money. When they couldnât find something, they called in the manager, Jennifer, and she was able to bring her expertise and find what we needed. They had such an incredible selection too! My daughter and I were looking for something very simple, and when we asked one of the girls who worked there she went to ask the owner. The owner KNEW we were standing there and waiting to speak to her and she just carried on her phone conversation for minutes even after she saw us. She was rude and cold when we asked her if something was a possibility. She laughed and said no I'm not giving you that information or phone number, which is not what we were asking for. I've been told by a lot of people that this store to notorious for their snotty attitude and rude demeanor, so it wasn't a complete shock. What was shocking is that the first time we were in there they went out of their way to be nice. Every time after the first experience has been utter let down.
