This was my WORST SALON experience! The day of my appointment, I call and text to confirm we’re still on, no response. I arrived and they made me wait.

When I sit down the braider proceeds to add a $20 up charge that was not originally discussed when scheduling.

I asked for small mid back box braids and got medium braids without box parts or middle part. When I noticed and told the braider, she said “it was too late and too much work” to create a middle part. She also blamed me for not telling her sooner when she never asked.

Overall the part to braiding hair ratio was way off, instead of being boneless my braids are over stuffed adding lots of extra weight. She also curled my ends with braids instead of using the flexi rods I let her know I got.

I let her know I DIDN’T LIKE MY HAIR! And instead of trying to fix the issue or reduce the cost by $20 she refused and said she did a good job. I didn’t press the issue because by her attitude earlier I could tell she’d have no issues arguing.

I was referred here. I called and was instructed to send pictures for an estimate and request an appointment. A couple minutes later I call back to confirm she received it. The answer I got was full of frustration. I texted her back below... I can understand you’re busy and tired really I do but I work too hard for my money to be spending it somewhere how I just got answered the way you just answered me. I was referred to you by someone and I called you back after you told me to send you pictures checking to see if you received them that’s all. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Recently relocated to Lakeland area & wanted to get my hair braided. Scheduled appointment for Friday @ 11am (via text) I rearranged my entire day for this appointment!

I texted the day before to confirm appointment (no response). I texted day of appointment “on my way “ (no response).

Arrived at salon (on time) was barely acknowledged by stylist at the front. Was told I DON’T have an appointment & I can return at 4:30 for an 11am appointment!!.....(Even After showing her text exchange confirming appointment)

No apology or explanation was given!!
