Rooftop Garden Bar — Restaurant in Lakeland

My family and I LOVE Bonnet Springs park, our community is so blessed to have it. We try to participate in as many activities and donate when we can. We have been to the restaurant a few times and it’s easy simple food items like you’d find at the zoo or an amusement park. The rooftop bar on the other hand we have probably visited 10+ times. Prices are a little steep compared to other options (think brewery) but we like the atmosphere and supporting the park. We hope to keep enjoying it and going as often as we can. My biggest complaint is the service is awful. Probably only had 1-2 bartenders who have even been generally nice. No one has gone above and beyond. Service even worse during “off times” earlier afternoon/evenings and week days when we most frequently visit is even worse. Bartenders seem to be so customer slow they can’t be bothered to put in any effort, makes you not want to sit around and hang out - in turn buy...

Came here on Saturday lunchtime with my artwork group of 20 plus people. Very very accommodating when we arrived, bartender super friendly and helpful when we settled in and ordered drinks . Have nice beers on tap as well. We then ordered food and it ranged from burgers to fresh wraps . Food came quickly, was fresh, hot fries and delicious ! Large portions , fresh ingredients and good value. And - service was superb ! Everyone got their food timely and enjoyed. Roof top is family friendly too ! We’ll definitely be back here . Was a great afternoon ....

We usually stop here when we go on our weekly walk in the park...all i can attest to is the apps as thats all we have gotten so far...so i must say the fries pretzel and mozzarella sticks are all very good...not sure why they are not available downstairs in the depot... as that is where the food comes from anyway...either way we will definitely be back...just wish the bar would open when the depot does so we dont have to wait for...
