They always send me advertisements in the mail box of their meat specials. Then I drive across town to find out there are NO value packs available on the shelfs as advertised on MANY OCCASIONs. So I ring the the bell at the meat department & wait, and wait and wait for nothing. I finally go get a manager & he walks back & has the meat man put more on the shelf. Guess the meat man is sleeping and needs to be wake up by a manager 9 times out of 10. Never does anyone in the meat department EVER come when u ring the bell. This has happened over 7 times in 2024 & 2025. Everyone I have ever spoke to in the meat department is rude, pissed off you made them work by bring out steaks. The head manager always does his best but this other manager "Greg" is about as good as anyone in the meat department, Doesn't care attitude, doesn't give you a rain check if they are out like Publix does. The store usually is out of stock & Dirty. I can't see them staying open much longer without firing all the useless people in the meat department and hiring people that act like they care at least. Horrible shopping experience just go see for your self & ring the bell at the meat department any day or time of the week.... I believe managers are scared of the meat department employee's & that's why nothing ever changes... This would never happen at Publix or any out store with standards... Just this place. If the owner actually knew what it was like to shop here I think things would change but until they care I guess nothing...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to buy groceries on 6/12/2014 and had a horrible experience!! Thanks to several web sites I knew that they had changed their coupon policy. I spent several HOURS last night preparing my shopping experience not only to help me but also whoever was going to check me out. I made sure I had them all in separate groups according to their new policy change...... I even spent 1 hour 45 minutes in the store (mind you with other stuff in my car with it hot..... I am in Florida).... To only get to the register...... have a person who is new and had not been properly trained on the register...... to have him call a manager to help him and have the manager to me they will no longer accept ANY INTERNET COUPONS AT ALL. I argued with him and told him it states on their sign next to the door they will as long as it scans. I made sure to get good ink and everything to make sure they printed out correctly so they would scan properly. He said he would only do 1 of my 4 transactions (each transaction was only $33 max). He then seen all of my coupons were from the internet. I had manufacturer and each set had a $5 off $30. The manager argued with me so I paid for the one he was willing to do and left the rest. I cannot afford all of that. I do coupons to save money not to be told I cannot use them. I can understand maybe not taking a few but to not take any...

When scanning an item, it was the wrong price after a couple of minutes trying to explain to him item was on sale, his answer to us was "well its not my fault people put stuff on the wrong shelf "we ask to speak a supervisot not because the way he was speaking to us and his reply was "you dont need to speak with anyone I can fix it".
One, we try telling him to help him out, two wether we where right or wrong, this is not the way to speak to a client, three when we try to get his name , that by the way he had it on backwards, he didnt want to provide us with it! Hopefully management will see this, it is not the first time we have had issues with...
