Jin Jin Kitchen — Restaurant in Lakeland

I truly regret making this review. For the past 2+ months, my husband who is a Walmart Delivery person has been picking up soups for me from JinJin Kitchen. The lady at the front has always been very kind. My husband picked up the Shrimp in Lobster sauce and many times Won Ton soup. Saturday, March 29, 2025 I only requested the Shrimp, but he brought home an order of chicken wings as well. I noticed when eating the Shrimp in Lobster sauce that the quality was quite a drop from previous times, but I had not intentions of complaining. I pulled out a chicken wing, and there was a very long hair cooked into the chicken wing. I am always willing to accept that it could be mine, however, when trying to remove it, it was very obvious it had come from someone in the restaurant. I had the throw away the entire order.

I'm truly sad that this has happened because prior the this past Saturday, the food was incredible. The lady was always so kind as to ask my husband if his wife needed the Won Ton soup, as it always settled my stomach.

I was standing at the counter after I ordered my lunch for my friends and myself for work, I heard baby kittens in the background and I asked lady at the front desk is that kittens or cats we here and as soon as I said that. She started banging pants making everything loud everyone was looking suspicious you know we spoke up and said about the kittens or cats back in the background and I will never eat there again I couldn't even eat my food at all I rate this not even one star zero stars but I wanted to make a review and I called the health department and the food agency to assist me in the matter I will no longer eat there ever again.. The lady was not talking after we asked about what we heard.. She's Very rude there. There food was left out and not not in a freezer I swear they will be shut...

THIS IS MENT AS A POSITIVE REVIEW! I love to support local businesses. And it's just down the street from my work. Quantity is great, service is great! Sadly the 5 different dishes I have tried with them fall short on flavor to desire again! When. You think about restaurants and there full menu people go with one thing or two in mind and you go there for that again and again. Sadly for this restaurant I've tried 5 different meals and was disappointed in my meal! But that is my taste! Staff is awesome business is clean and welcoming. I'll continue to try them because there minutes from my home and work. And I desire to support local family businesses for I myself work for one!
