I've received outpatient services for over a year with peace river and it's an absolute joke!! I had 3 different therapists, my 3rd therapist was a peer counselor before the promotion.. turns out he was a also an addict as he shared his prescription details with me.. also shared that he occasionally took his wife's meds because they we're stronger than his like wtf?! The case manager was always unavailable for face to face visits because she was either sick or out of town ALWAYS. After the peer specialist turned into a therapist they couldn't get a new peer specialist.. only thing I benefited from them was getting a bit of financial assistance other than that services were...
