Asian food to go — Restaurant in Lakeland

My children and myself visited this establishment last night around 715pm. My son is an Asian Cuisine enthusiast and we were excited to find a local place with such high ratings, as this was the only reason we decided to visit. Upon arrival, it was empty and my son and I greeted the ladies in their office politely and kind. The lady taking the order was very short and kind of rushed us to order our food as I asked how long they were located here and inquiring about menu items. I decided on the Asian wings with fried rice for my daughter, Asians wings with shrimps fried rice for myself and my son ordered steak noodles. We paid 45.15 cent for the most disappointing and dissatisfying meal I have ever paid for in Lakeland, FL. I watched the lady pack rice that was sitting in warmers with other food when we arrived. My son and I immediately got concerned if that was for our meal. We were told 10 minutes and waited over 30 minutes for the most embarrassing meal I have ever purchased for my family. The wings were not freshly cooked, it was as if he rewarmed and coated the wings that were all smaller than my thumb. The fried rice had 6 rubber uncooked thoroughly shrimp on it. Fried rice had no vegetables only soggy rice and some signs of egg. My son's steak was cooked well done but it was not favorable and his noodles were soggy and slimy. We were not able to eat this at all and by time we got home to see and decide to return it, the establishment was closed. We left the food out for the homeless cats in our neighborhood in hopes of feeding them. This AM when we took out the trash the food was untouched in the same manner it was left. If the cats or stray animals would not eat it, then what is wrong with it. THIS was a terrible experience and I am led to believe most of these reviews were paid or in exchange for something. This was a disgusting experience and the health department needs to visit their kitchen, I am concerned not only for my family but other's health...

This place is great! The amount of food you get for the price is actually kind of insane. My meal cost me less than $21 and normally anywhere else it would have been $36ish and way less food. (There is a 3% fee for using card). I ordered the chicken teriyaki which comes with veggies and half fried rice half noodles, an egg roll, and a side of crab rangoons. Everything was fresh and delicious ready in less than 15 minutes. Egg roll was light and crispy with plenty of filling. Only complaint I have is I didn’t taste nor see any crab in the rangoons but they were still good and crispy. They also don’t come with any type of sauce like sweet and sour which every other restaurant I’ve been to serves them with a sauce. Other than that I have nothing bad to say. I was able to eat my meal 4 different times that’s how much food was in the plate filled all the way to the top. The cashier was patient since it was my first time there to look at the menu not rushing me like some other Asian restaurants. When you pickup your food she makes sure to show you the order before bagging it up with the condiments and utensils which I really appreciate. Sometimes you can get the wrong food. Drove back to the hotel and 15 minutes later the food was still steaming hot. Unfortunately this isn’t local to me so I can’t go more often but I’ll definitely be saving them for the next time I’m in Lakeland. It’s 5 days later and I’m still craving it. Hidden gem! This is a hibachi style to go only restaurant. Doesn’t have seating. However, it is the best tasting food ive ever had. It was my first time here, I ordered the special fried rice. It comes with fried rice (no vegetables, just egg) shrimp, steak, and chicken. The ingredients are fresh and portions are huge! The prices are also reasonable for such high quality food.
