The jacket below is one I bought when I flew to Washington, DC to attend Father’s Day @ the Wall, and meet others who’s Dad’s were KIA or are still MIA. That was in the year 2000. So, this was an older jacket they were working on 😅. But, as you can see, it turned out wonderful.

Read moreI also ordered some caps around Christmas, when I went there to pick them up, by mistake I entered by the wrong door where employees are working on the machines. I saw the lady finishing my caps, she was painting my hats with a color marker. I noticed she was trying to cover up what presumptively be the wrong thread color been printed out on my product. Five weeks after, the embroidery logo started to decolorized. Why they let employees do that? This is cheating on the system. Half of my 48 hats apparently had a wrong color thread been printed. When I went back to pick up my pieces, the Hispanic lady, who happens to be my wife's makeup artist/manicurist, was in a bad move. She was talking to another girl in Spanish offending me. What she didn't realize is that I'm a Spanish teacher and I caught everything that she said. It is disgusting to know who is behind this "cordially customer service".
