Pawnbrokers Northwest is the most honest and considerate pawn operation I have ever known. Admittedly, I have only worked with three or four brokers over the course of my 56 years on the planet, but without a doubt, these gentlemen are the only ones I will ever trust. They have always been fair with me, and quite forgiving with me when I have been late on a payment. The few other brokers I have dealt with have been incredibly unscrupulous. These guys are very friendly, give very honest appraisals of value (I sold them my gold wedding ring after getting divorced and they gave me a fair price - I understand that they need to make money to stay open - I knew the full value and they gave me a good price!) Also, and very importantly to me, I have never felt sleazy entering their store. I felt very differently at other establishments I tried before Pawnbrokers NW. Came away feeling like a low life - probably because the owners of those places seemed like low lifes, maybe - but Stuart (spelling?) and Ron (I believe it is Ron - I am totally lost with names - if not, dude please forgive me!) are genuinely nice guys and I enjoy hanging out with them when time allows. I freaking love this shop. Pawn shops are normally a place I want to avoid but I love this place. Ive had a rough year and needed cash frequently and stewart has always been very good to me. He has even done loans on items he doesn't really want/need but does it because he is a caring individual. He even gave me a loan on my giant subwoofer that takes up half the shop space. Like for real its huge!!! This is a place you just want to hang out at because of the good vibes. Place is clean and I love that I'm greeted by that cat at the counter. 🐱. I came in needing some extra cash. I don't normally go to pawn stores, so I did some research on which store was the best in my area. This store has the best ratings, hands down. I was impressed by the awesome community support (most people hold pawn stores in contempt), so I decided to stop in. The owner is a very kind and honest man.
