YOUR FIRED!!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! Sorry, I don't usually leave one-star reviews, but this deserves some visibility, feedback and fair warning... ...I was a long term customer of Washington Tree Service. They did a great job and I never had a problem. ...However, since Senske took over the business our experience has been extremely disappointing. The most recent service burned the tips of all the leaves. Also, it made all the plumbs and apples fall off. So there won't be any fruit this year. Just as bad, their spray did not kill the aphids. My plum trees are covered with aphids. ...I have called four (4) times to communicate and try to get the aphids re-sprayed. They don't return my calls. They said that a Manager would call me, and this never happed. I just called and cancelled my service. The people on the phone don't even seem to care. They actually seems cynically happy to cancel my service. It is very sad that after all these years a good company has become useless and a waste of money, since there service only damaged my trees. On the bright side, I went to Home Depot, bought a $18 bottle of spray, used my hose-end sprayer, sprayed my nine (9) fruit trees and whole yard in a matter of minutes, 24hrs latter all the aphids are dead! Update: One of their technicians reached out to replace my tree 2 weeks ago. Since then he has cancelled his appointment with me multiple times, coming up with any new excuse.

We hired Senske Services to manage our weed growth in our new home. Their technician killed one of our brand new trees on the first visit and Senske's customer service has been extremely poor. I've attached a picture for reference.

This is a brand new home in a brand new development. These trees were placed as part of our landscaping. I showed Senske pictures of the green tree prior to service, and the dead one about a month later. They agreed it must have been sprayed by the weed treatment.

Since then, I've received one visit from a technician. They simply sprayed it with fertilizer and told me it would fix it. It's been months and I've left multiple voicemails for leadership with no response. They've chosen to ignore my issue and their mistake. Britt Spangler is the branch manager who has done nothing to resolve this.

My tree is ruined and Senske Services have decided it's not a priority to address their mistakes. I'd highly recommend choosing a company that cares about...

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE SCAM COMPANY! They provided two services for me which I paid for. They had me on a monthly payment plan, but I made several attempts to cancel it after they failed to show up for service when promised (after the two initial services). Since that time they have been repeatedly attempting to charge my card every month when I no longer have an active pyramid-scheme plan with them, and claiming I owe them hundreds of dollars in services I paid for half a year ago. I have filed with the BBB and kept all documentation- numerous emails and filed complaints- in case they become more aggressive. If you have a similar experience with them I suggest you do the same. I have spoken with representatives in their AR dept on THREE OCCASIONS reiterating my position and yet they continue repeatedly trying to charge me- which involves just charging my bank account willy nilly with zero communication any time they feel like it- and calling me harassing me nonstop where I've had to block their number.
