When I arrived at Big Foot, there was a line of three cars on each side. It took a good 10 to 15 minutes to finally get to the window, but understandably the sun had brought out the usual suspects of patrons ordering car fulls of frozen and iced drinks, which aren't the fastest to make. When I finally arrived to the window I was greeted by Katie who promptly took my order, which by the way is no easy feat, it's a complicated drink and I like it very specific ( yes I'm one of those) although I could tell she was exhausted from a very busy warm day, she didn't roll her eyes or get irritated, as many baristas do when I place my order. With a smile on her face and friendly conversation she proceeded to make my drinks. Transaction complete, and now for the moment of truth..... Is my $6 drink going to taste like crap, and I'm either going to have to drive away completely wasting my money or ask them to remake it, likely to just receive get another nasty drink. They were both delicious and exactly as I ordered, thank you Katie! I would have given this review 5 stars if not for the long wait, but it's worth the wait for the coffee you want especially when they cost so...

I visited your location a few minutes ago and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I ordered a "Berry and the Beast," which, to my understanding, should be a dark purple drink. However, I received a light pink drink instead.
Additionally, the service was not up to the standard Iām accustomed to at your 6th Avenue location. The employee who assisted me did not acknowledge me with a simple "Have a nice day" when handing me my drink. Instead, she closed the window abruptly and seemed more focused on a conversation with the other car, which left me feeling unimportant as a customer.
I have always had great experiences at the Bigfoot Java on 6th Avenue, where my drinks are consistently made to perfection, and I hope this feedback can help improve the customer experience at this particular location. It may be beneficial to provide further training to staff on drink preparation and customer service etiquette.

Card only. Then I proceeded to tell the person well there's no sign I'm not from around here and every other Bigfoot I've gone to further to Tukwila Kent area accepts cards. She told me... " well we don't so how do u wanna pay gift card or card?" Then told her again that I didn't have a card on me only cash... she had an attitude bc they "made the drinks already"... ok well I don't have a card so cash orrrrr???? Then shut it in my face... I knocked on window and another person opened window. I said next time you guys should make a sign and have it visible for ppl to see about cash only cuz that's not fair I waited in line and then drinks were made Then AFTER the fact I'm told no cash
