Subway — Restaurant in Lakewood

I bought three sandwiches and they all could've been a lot better. The problem was the bread. Instead of the store having bread already made, the bread was just coming out of the oven. It also seems as if the bread was not properly proofed. So when my sandwich was made, it was flat and barely cut. Then I was never asked if I was done adding my veggies to my sandwich before they closed it up. I tried to stop the girl who seemed to be half asleep from closing my sandwich but she had a hearing problem. Then the lady who was making the other sandwich did the same thing. I don’t appreciate being rushed out of the store when I was the only one there and no one was behind me. Additionally, I understand the new sandwiches come with certain items but for the employee and /or manager to tell me that's all I could have on my sandwich is rude. And since when don’t you all heat up the meat like the chicken? Shouldn't that be brought to temp? People who work in customer service must remember, YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY ONES WHO HAVE EVER WORKED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THAT STORE. Some of us did it and took pride in our work. Take pride in...

I used to love this place. I could do an online order and go there and be back at my house in 5 minutes.

What happened to this place? I did an order June 19th. Spent $22 and $6 of rewards. The order said 6:15pm. I got there and they were closed. The sign said they closed at 6:00. I went the next day at 5:00. They were closed. I called the next day. They were closed. I assumed that since my bank account still said"pending" that they would just dismiss the charge. They didn't. It went through. Never got my food or money. Now I go to the one on 114th and Pacific but not as much as I used to before. If I have to drive that far there are plenty of other restaurant's. Like Zen Ramen. I like sushi burritos more than sub sandwiches.

So Subway on 112th and Steele, I still want my food! Probably won't change this...

Did an online order, when he arrived the order was on the counter untouched, employees were in the back visiting.
