I had been looking for pigs feet for awhile now & getting so frustrated wasting gas with no results. I finally gave up & tried M & M Butcher Block. I was the first person to ever come looking & asking for pigs feet. So I was going to leave my name & # so they could get back to me, it was busy. But Steve looked for it & called his guy asking about it, so while I was at it I asked about honeycomb tripas (tripe) as well. YES!! Bingo, he can get me what I need. Told me when it would be in & they'd call me when it was ready. So I can finally plan on making my mother's menudo. If you can't find what you want/need, they can try to get it for you. if i could give them no stars i would ! I dropped off my deer horns to get a horn mount done 6 months ago! they told me it would be ready in 6 weeks. 6 weeks rolls around i call them they tell me it will be a couple of months. a couple of months rolls around they still aren't finished ! finally 6 months later i call them back and they tell me it's ready ! not only is 6 months way too long just to get a horn mount but they didn't even feel like it was important to keep in contact will me a paying customer and deliver regular updates. I will never use them again and i will definitely do this myself...

We took a thousand pound cow for processing and received steaks that are not even as big as your hand. Other steaks are twice the size of what comes off a thousand pound cow. All the steaks were cut at different thickness. Some were 1in and some were 1/2 in. The top shoulder steaks were cut into 4 pieces then put back together like it was one steak. All steaks were supposed to be 2 to a package but we got packages with 1 or 4 to package none of them had 2. We wouldn’t let this butcher cut our squirrels. Do not take your stuff to this butcher.
