Don’t complain you will be asked to leave and never come back.I was given my money back which I declined. My complaint was that I didn’t get the amount of bright highlights that I originally asked for. One student and one teacher heard this. The teacher was Miss Trudy, a very sweet lady who I know over 20 years. She said I will get the amount of highlights that I want. She said don’t worry. In December I got highlights and lowlights that I didn’t ask for. Made my hair very dark. Came back in February to get more highlights. I complained to the student that I didn’t get enough. She went back to the teacher three times. Gave me back my money. What did the student say to them to get them so mad at me. Twenty years of satisfaction at the school this did not occur. I am 80 years old and was so humiliated and embarrassed in front of students and clients. I tried to compose myself until I got to my car. I didn’t cause any scene to provoke this problem. My daughter reached out every day for two weeks because of how upset I was. No response back. This speaks volumes of what kind of school this is. The teacher kept telling me that this is a school- but it is also a business. You pay for the service. This school does not teach their students how to react to customers or what to expect in life when they...
Read moreThis is the worst school EVER!!! I was in the Esthetics class, it was a 17.5 week coarse. We had 2 teachers quit and had multiple fill in teachers. Two of them were the office workers and one student teacher. That is FIVE teachers in 17.5 wks. The only hands on experience we recieved was learinig to do a facial (because they have clinic days and having paying customers). So we made them alot of money. We never learned any of the machines, no waxing, no peels, no euopean facials. Oh and the products we had to use were disgusting. We were told to scrape MOLD out of lotion buckets and we had to use them on our selves and clients, oils were rancid and smelled bad. There was never enough equipment for all the students (spatula's, gauze etc) so we had to buy and use our own supplies on the public. On graduation day they didn't have all the diploma's or transcripts so students had to wait over and hour for these. Save you money and find...
Read moreI wanted to come on here and just be as honest as possible. I went here a little bit ago and it was quite the experience. The teachers make it hell for the students and the owner doesn’t care because she’s the one getting a check. There’s no source of water for anyone in the building so all of us were dehydrated by the second week of school. If you’re 5 minutes late they make you wait an extra hour and a half to come in so you can lose hours and have to pay extra at the end of the year for those hours. This place is just a money grab, they don’t actually care about the students succeeding, they just care about the money going into their pockets. The director of education picks favorites and harass the other students she’s not too fond of. One last thing, the cars in the parking lot were getting robbed during school hours and no one hired security or even did anything. Don’t send your...
