If it were possible to leave a 0 star review, I would. I went on February 20 to get my windows tinted here and not even 24 hours passed where the tint for the rear window started lifting and the passenger doors started bubbling. When I told Rene about this, he said to go in on a Monday at 8am to get my windows redone. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told I couldn’t get the job done because someone had gotten fired (which isn’t my predicament to deal with). I did not get the job done and was also told they normally redo tints on Thursday by Rene. Which is strange because I scheduled the appointment and nobody told me about that previously (I live 45 minutes away and would not make that trip knowing it could not be done). Since my appointment was scheduled, I assumed they would do that on Monday too. Again, it was made out to seem like it was my fault this happened.

I returned on Wednesday of that same week to redo the tint. My car was there from 8am-5pm. Where I was told it would be ready by 4pm. Mind you, I had to bother my family to help me retrieve my car from the place because I was at work. Instead of them doing their job, the employees were seen dancing and fooling around. Yet again, the tint started lifting again and bubbling within THE SAME HOUR of picking up the car.

When I told Rene about this, he offered to redo the tint again. I did not want to leave my car for an additional 9 hours just for the tint to fail again. I told Rene I wanted my money back and he claimed that he needs to “file a claim” on the tint not working. From there, he plainly ignored my texts and failed to tell me that he needed picture of the vehicle to file the claim. I ONLY found out about this because I went in person and Rene again said I would have to wait for a response to see if I can get my $260 dollars back for the lack of quality and service I received. The tint is low quality and it’s evident that the employees have little experience. To be honest, they’re just waiting for me to stop calling them and they will not return all of the money I paid since this has almost been going on for a month. The owner was also emailed and he has failed to contact me about any of this. DO NOT GET YOUR TINT DONE HERE unless you’re expecting to return within the same week about 4-5 times. Wolfy and Geo at California Car Pro in Lancaster CA gave me excellent service when I went to get an estimate for my car, although when I went I was very upset because I had previously been to the Palmdale location and the guy there was very rude his name is Jonathan he didn't even look at my car and just gave me a high price and when I told him that I had already taken other cars to California Car Pros and he acted like he searched for something on his cell phone and said to me mmm I don’t think so and I replied are you calling me a liar? he just said well that's the price. So I decide to go to the Lancaster location where a took my other cars a very nice guy his name is Wolfy helped me and he said let's go look at your car and I will give you the estimate after he gave me several options he said if you would like I can make you an appointment so when we went inside to make the appointment Wolfy and Geo were very kind and accommodated my appointment around my work schedule. Today I'm here for my appointment and I ran into Wolfy and Geo. The moment I walked in even though they didn't remember me, they were super friendly and then said, "Oh yeah, we remembered you." I just ask to recognize Wolfy and Geo for been an excellent employees because even though I live in Palmdale, I don't mind driving all the way to Lancaster to get good service.
