there office is TERRIBLE they are quick to Terminate you medical without giving a good enough notice they give one week and it takes 2 day to get an appointment , a worker there said they tell you to call back in two weeks so they dont have to deal with you , the supervisor lies also and dont return your phone calls, and the workers there play favorite they help who they want to help if they dont feel like helping they wont , but they ask for personal information to make you think like there helping you unless you know a worker there or know how to cheat the systems that when you will get help, that office should be SHUT DOWN OR REPLACE ALL WORKERS WITH NEW PEOPLE WHO KNOW AND DO THERE JOB WHICH IS TO HELP.. OFFICE SUCKS TRANSFER TO ANOTHER OFFICE IF YOU CAN...

It's crazy how they make you wait weeks for assistance. I finally got enough courage to leave my abuser and I have yet to receive a little help. I know people have taken advantage of the system.. but some of us are good people just looking for some help not trying to make a career out of it. I just want food stamps .. nothing else. And yet I have to wait 90 days .. it's already been 3 weeks. Then told me I didn't qualify for expedited service.. like why I have no income no nothing. So tell me why??? Sad . I remember when my mom was on assistance they use to visit you at your home.. need to put that back in play. So you can see who really needs...

I called the office this morning. I waited on hold for over 2 hours. A customer service representative finally came onto the phone and stared that they mailed a new card to my confirmed address and the old card was deactivated. Once the new card wasn't used they canceled the new. Like, what? She told me to go to my GR office and it's at the cashier window. Well, after 2 hours of standing in the hot sun, I asked to use the restroom and, I did.
