Sprouts Farmers Market Distribution Center — Local services in Lancaster

Well I read a lot of the reviews however my experience here was not bad* First, let me say this, when you come in, there is a sign instructing you to back into one of the parking spaces before checking in so whoever stated in their review that you can't park on their property to check in was not telling the truth and everyone I encountered was not rude.* So I arrived at 5am but my appointment was for 8am, checked in and was told by the guard since there was very little space for the trucks to get in and out, I had to go to their staging area which was understandable. He told me the directions to the staging area and it was basically parking on the street and he told me no one will bother me there and they will call me with a dock door however I went and parked at the Love's truckstop which is a little over a mile away from the place and waited for the phone call. They called at 6:38am and I headed back to Sprouts and backed into the dock door, they started unloading me at 7am and was finished at 9am. I was leaving with signed paperwork in hand at 9:15am, yes it was a bit of a wait but as truck drivers we should be use to it by now. Yes, the space for parking is a little tight but is doable if you take your time and set up right. You can turn your truck around so you won't have to do a blindside backing or if you are comfortable with doing a blindside backing go for it, it's your choice. Awesome job Sprouts in Wilmer, TX. I appreciate everything you did on my visit......Receiving hours are 5am to 2pm.....No inside restroom for drivers but they have two port-a-potties so I suggest you use the bathroom at the truckstop before...

When you go to a company, to look for their merchandise and they treat you like a piece of nothing, that's how they are ... and the girl who attends the driver, not friendly ... and if you get to go to the bathroom, "sorry" here they do not think you have the right to one, they send you "" for him parking "" to go to portable latrines !!! And do not go there lunch 1130am to 1pm, because you'll be waiting for a good time ... And above all make sure that IF you have the right "bill of lading form", it happened to us and they did not accept the goods ... And if you go to International Paper, make sure they give you the correct number (which is the gate-pass). that you go eaten, to the bath and with hours to be able to leave or tea you stay in the street sleeping, that according to them the city allows it !!! This is the adventure of going to #SPROUTS...

Why do company's do this to Truck Drivers ?

Why can't we have a Decent Place to go to the restroom.... why an Out House why are we treated this way... There is no reasonably answer... it's a Sham that we bust are buts to get there product to there Whearhouse and we can't have Decent Facilities after a long haul. I thought. ...Out houses are for construction sites were there is no city utilities at present.. I'm sure Sprouts has City water and Utilities... I'm just saying Truck Drivers are treated wrong for all we do... when are people going to see this and stop treating...
