I never leave reviews, but as a spa business owner myself, I can't let this slide. I came to this nail salon at 5:30 pm and asked if it was okay to get dipped polish and a pedicure, considering they close at 7 pm.
When I first walked in, I spoke to a man about whether it was okay to proceed with the service. He said yes and pointed but didn't give any clear direction. I assumed he was telling me to pick a color, so I did. I sat there for over 45 minutes before walking up to ask if everything was okay because I didn't want to be forgotten. He told me to pick a color again, and I mentioned I already had. He then pointed out that those weren't dipped and finally directed me to the right area. This explanation should have been given when I first arrived.
About 10 minutes later, a girl walked in and was immediately greeted, asked to choose a color, and seated. I was taken aback by this. What was that about after I'd been sitting there for an hour? Seriously.
I will not return to your establishment. From one business owner to another, here are some tips to improve your customer service and ensure all customers are treated equally:
Clear Communication: Ensure staff provides clear and complete instructions to customers from the moment they walk in. Consistent Greeting: Greet all customers promptly and provide the same level of attention to everyone. Efficient Workflow: Streamline processes to avoid long wait times and ensure customers are not left unattended. Customer Prioritization: Serve customers in the order they arrive unless there is a clear reason for prioritization that is communicated to waiting customers. Training: Regularly train staff on customer service best practices and the importance of treating all customers with respect and fairness.

Read moreI’ve been coming here when I do go out for my pedicures since they opened and in general I do like this establishment since Norie became unsufferably busy. I am also aware of the raising cost of items but that is also why I’m a bit thoughtful when I spend now. Overall this salon is crazy clean, quiet and it’s stocked filled with colors. Maybe today was an off day but I hope it’s not the beginning of a decline. I went in for a pedicure ( chose the citrus 52$ pedicure plus I asked for gel which is $18 upcharge with service per the menu, making it a 70$ pedicure without tip). I chose OPI bubble bath as I always do..
The gentleman was nice and all however 1- some of my nails are not even to which I have to fix them at home, the corners are longer and snagging on socks. 2- the massage chair wasn’t working for the massage part which I tried to communicate this to him 2x. The second time I was more persistent to get him to understand but we were already halfway through the service and i was too annoyed to swap chairs at this point. And 3- I personally own this gel color, it’s on my nails ( 3 coats, see picture ) and either they are mixing the gel polish to last longer or he only did one coat as you can see the streaks and it’s almost see through. The whole situation is just annoying after i already removed the gel polish off my nails prior to heading in since i didn’t want them using the drill bits to do it like they did last time and he still used them for regular nail polish instead of just using acetone.
Again maybe just an off experience but after top 80$ is a little much for this experience.
Salon- clean, inviting, range of colors. But maybe i just need to find a specific person. But im not too sure I’ll be...
Read moreBefore you read please notice how they never respond to negative reviews!!! I just want to save you from wasting your time and money like I have multiple times. I don't usually leave reviews, unless I feel like I need to help others not go through the same experience. I have been here many times, and it's truly so hit or miss, but unfortunately more miss. I went for a gel polish change, and the person doing my nails starting filing off the base coat she applied. I was confused, she said sorry then added another base coat. Two weeks later I go back for a gel pedicure and a polish change on my nails. They soaked my nails during my entire pedicure. When they went to remove the nail gel, we find out she had applied a gel X on my nails when I had come in last. So now I don't have time for her to do my nails because they need to do extra filing and soaking to get it off. I come in the next day for my scheduled appt for them to finish removing the gel x and do a gel polish change. Of course my nail tech has another client even though I made an appt. So I say I don't have time, they give me to someone else. And she took an HOUR AND 20 MINUTES to file off the gel x and do a polish change. Please don't waste your time like I did - I can't believe how much time I spent over two days for their mistakes. Also - not even a week later and it's half...
