How horrible of you to make this lady go through this! It is her Wedding day! As a business owner you should want to make every customer happy no matter what you may have to do. As a person you should be ashamed of yourself! To tell her you will exchange it 6 months after the fact is unacceptable. I do not know this girl but no one should have to go through this when there is enough stress in planning a wedding! I for one would never shop in your "Boutique" out of pure fear you may try to rip me off as well! I will also be sharing her story with as many people as I can! Shame on you....Make it right!!!
I put a brand new dress on layaway and picked it up completely damaged; as if it had been used or put on the sample rack. I complained about the condition of the dress and insisted on a refund since that particular dress was out of stock through the Mary's Bridal Retailer and she refused. She offered an exchange and then disappeared of the face of the planet; ensuring that all at possible means I couldn't contact her to inquire about it. She trespassed me from the store; blocked my Facebook account, blocked my cell phone number, if I call from another phone number she hangs up. I filed a demand letter with a lawyer- of which she blatantly ignored. Now, we really need to go public. I am so incredibly upset and disappointed by the terrible service and experience with this store. I will not stand for getting stolen from on MY WEDDING DAY. The day that all girls dream about and should be perfect and flawless. I am expecting her to make this right... Hopefully the public can help me with forcing her to make this right....

Read moreVery uncomfortable experience. My girlfriend went in looking for prom dresses and she found a few she liked and tried them on. I was able to give my opinion on them, saying they looked good, and then they showed her a dress that was apparently the “last one”. She tried it on and thought it looked good and they kept telling her that the dress was “the one” but she wanted to show me and get my opinion first and they denied her and did NOT let her ask for my opinion and said that my opinion didn’t matter (even though she thought it did and really wanted to show me the dress first). And it in her words “Made me feel uncomfortable and obligated to get the dress and manipulated and pressured into to buying it.” Although at clothing stores they do always say the things you want to hear about how it looks good on you and all, and I understand it’s just business, but the way they did it was very unprofessional and a customer should never feel uncomfortable or obligated to...
