I do not mind self check out. It can help to reduce long lines and my kids love it.

However your employee today 4/26 @ 5:18pm took self checkout to mean we, the customer actually work for the store, not her.

She stood behind the counter (with absolutely no other customers) and watched my 10 year old go back and forth 3 times to find an item that was missing a tag and did not offer to help once.

Did not offer to put back the basket, just stood there fiddling with her keys.

I think my kid would really like a portion of her wage since we did all work while she stood there and watched!

Customer service does not end with self check out. It should increase since we are...

I loved everything about this one. It was tidy, staff was nice & helpful and it had a HUGE amount of different items & selections I wasn't expecting. Got my husband a AC/DC Tshirt, a pair of swimming trunks, got myself a Barbie button up jersey, some essential oils & a book 😁 ONLY thing (which an employee helped me with immediately) was that the self checkouts did not clarify that they were card only... All I had on me was a $50 (maybe I just didn't see the sign) but otherwise 👉 Big...

Klaudia and Divinia we're amazing. I was planning a company pool party and they were very helpful with helping me check out, blowing up the inflatables I purchased, and just giving me the best customer service. These ladies are the faces needed for Five and below saying hello to everyone while trying to multitask in their positions. It is so very important to be greeted with a sincere hello! Thank you ladies for making my day! You are valuable to this company....
