I do not mind self check out. It can help to reduce long lines and my kids love it.
However your employee today 4/26 @ 5:18pm took self checkout to mean we, the customer actually work for the store, not her.
She stood behind the counter (with absolutely no other customers) and watched my 10 year old go back and forth 3 times to find an item that was missing a tag and did not offer to help once.
Did not offer to put back the basket, just stood there fiddling with her keys.
I think my kid would really like a portion of her wage since we did all work while she stood there and watched!
