I cannot say enough positive feedback about my experience in this location. I stopped in on a Friday afternoon to browse before making a purchase on Saturday. I spent time talking with the manager, forgive me I am so bad with remembering names. I believe her name is Alyssa. She was absolutely amazing. Genuine conversation both sales and casual. Made me feel at ease. This translates to her associates, as the next day went back with my friend who needed way more time deciding and the associates working that morning were amazing. Same ease, so genuine. We finally both made our purchases later in the day for new purses and little wallets. My husband and I stopped into Marc Jacobs at this location. We were greeted by Corey. He told us his name and walked away. I saw a bag that I loved but walked around the store a little. We were greeted by other store employees. When I came back to the original bag that I liked, Corey came back over and we chatted about the bag while I decided which color I loved. It was a very pleasant experience. As the conclusion of our transaction, Corey and another employee, I believe she was the manager wished us well and were very friendly. I was in this store a few months back and I had a client advisor named Samantha who help me and my partner. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product but we unfortunately couldn’t get what we wanted at that time. I called her several months later and needed that certain product again and she took her TIME & EXPERTISE to not only find out my needs but even went through several options to be sure it was right.
