**edit Unimpressed to say the least.
The first time I'd ever attempted Panda Express, I tried going through the drive thru and they took so long that I just quit and got out of line. Second time, I tried to give them the benefit from the first experience, but they did not redeem themselves. I got out of line again. The first time I was actually able to try their food, it was because I had gone inside. Apparently if you stare at them long enough, they'll move faster. For some ungodly reason, my wife loves their food and keeps forcing me back, which leads me to my utter disappointment of today's experience: I figured that if I placed an order ahead, I would finally get in and out of the drive thru and head home seamlessly. WRONG. I get to the speaker and tell them I'm picking up, and my name. Luck has it that someone with the same name has also placed an order, and my food went to that person. I'm sure she wasn't happy when the food in her bag wasn't what she ordered. Anyway, I was told to come to the window with my confirmation number and they would remake it...AND THEN I WAS PARKED! Mind you, I don't come come here because they apparently slaughter their own cattle and grow their own vegetables to make your order - or so their wait times would lead you to believe. I then witnessed 4 cars get their order and leave. My order should have been top priority at this point as I had both ordered ahead, and had my order misplaced. 30 minutes later someone brings out my food. No apology from any of the staff during this whole encounter, and I'm not surprised as they genuinely dont care that someone was unhappy. Fast forward, I get home and unpack my bag to find that not only is most of my food luke warm at best (kid you not, I live 2 minutes from the restaurant, so it's not like the drive cooled the food), but check out the picture of the cabbage featuring a few strands of lo mein. This is no exaggeration, I promise I did not fluff the cabbage to make it look bad. Both of my containers looked exactly like this.
No consolation, no apology, no compensation either food or monetary. No concern.
Not that anyone cares, but it'll be a snowball's chance in hell if I ever return.
Every time we've ever contemplated eating here, we have either decided to leave or waited an obscene amount of time for a small amount of food. The drive thru is quite possibly the slowest, especially considering I've seen Chic-Fil-A across the street have a long line that extends out of the parking lot and down the road. They manage to get people through no problem. It's OK (not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm leaving this review because it's not the first time that this has happened to me at this Panda Express. This is the second time that I found food in my hair from this location. The first time was in December of 2024, and I had ordered the Black pepper chicken. I was about halfway through when I found 2 long black hairs in my food. I wanted to throw up, But the only thing I could do was throw the food out. Well today, against all common sense I went back and ordered the mushroom chicken. When I got home and opened the container, sure enough there was another brown hair about 8 inches long. This time I called and requested to speak to the manager. She asked me what this call was in regards to when I told her about hair being in my food. I was told that he was too busy to speak to me. So I informed the lady I was speaking to about the hair, And gave her a description of the hair so she could speak to the person who was preparing the food with the same hair color which was light brown. And she told me that they know they have had a hair in the food problem in the past, And I was not the first person to complain, but that they've been working on it. They have been requesting all of the servers to wear hair nets. And I said you haven't been working on it hard enough, because I just got hair in my food for the second time. I know that I will personally never ever again eat at this panda express, Especially when the manager can't be bothered with talking to a customer about something as serious as hair in your food. The only conclusion I can come to is that he doesn't care because it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis particular location is pretty horrible. I have been there several times since it opened and they just can't seem to get it together. I have been approximately 6 times over the last 2 months. Every single time, they are out of white rice. I typically get there between 7:00pm and 8:00pm and they never have it. What kind of restaurant does not have a main menu item not available during the dinner rush? One night, I ordered through the drive through and ended up having to wait for my husbands order to get done. They asked me to pull into one of the parking spaces and they would bring it out (of course they didn't have white rice so I didn't even order for myself.) The girl from the drive through came out and told me she had "found" white rice and I could place an order with her and she would bring it out. I went ahead and did that and she brought my order out. She said my husbands order would take about 3 more minutes to cook. I went ahead and just played around on my phone for a while and after about 20 minutes, I finally went inside. The girl completely forgot about me! There was a whole pan full of chow mein and she was just messing around behind the counter. Several other times I have eaten inside and the drink counter is a complete disaster. They are out of tea. Garbage cans are overflowing. This place is just a very poorly managed mess. I will...
