We came to this location looking for a suit for my husband to wear to a friends wedding. When we arrived, there were a couple of employees helping other people, so we patiently looked around at options while we waited. No one ever greeted us or told us they would be with us. About 10 more people came into the store and sat around waiting as well and they we're never greeted. People started getting antsy and asking for help and the employees just said they were busy and would get to everyone later. After waiting about 30 minutes we were finally helped, but had almost left. The employee asked if we wanted to rent or buy and we told him that we were not sure. He put down a paper with photos of suit options and we looked at it. After a few moments of silence, I asked what the paper was for and if he was wanting us to pick a style from it or what because he didn't say anything...he just put the paper in front of us. He then told us that those were the only suit rental options. We decided to look at suits to purchase. We picked out some stuff and needed alterations done. We were told it would take 5-7 days and someone would call to let us know when it was ready. Fast forward 2 weeks and still no call. My husband called to see if it was ready, which it was, so we went to pick it up. This time, we were greeted by a girl who said hello. We waited for about 10 minutes to be helped. When the person at the counter gave him the suit, they just handed it to him on a hanger. We had to ask for a protective bag to take it home in which we found odd.
Overall, I give 2 stars. They had decent options for big and tall, but their pocket squares were lacking variety. The customer service was just really bad. I don't mind waiting for service, and I understand places get busy, but at least take the initiative to smile, greet us, let us know you will help us when available, and dont act like we...
Read moreWe went to Men's Wearhouse because my son will be attending a Prom soon. The store was a bit crowded so we had to sign a list (we had called and set an appointment so we didn't have to go to the store as a walk-in and have to wait to be called from a list) and wait for our name to be called. We only waited for about 10 - 15 minutes so that wasn't bad at all. We had a young gentleman help us. At first he seemed to be rushing us because there now about 20 more people in the store and I could tell he was getting anxious. I spoke to him and advised him to take a deep breath and to not rush us as my son has special needs and was really looking forward to this fitting and trying on some of the clothing to get an idea of what he may look like on his Prom night. Also, the people waiting will get your undivided attention during their fitting, just as we are getting now, and they also had the option to set an appointment, as we did, and they wouldn't have to wait as they are because they are walk-ins. This little talk seemed to calm him down significantly and the rest of the appointment was so fun, my son tried on some clothes, I got pictures, we laughed a lot and had a wondering time!!! We had so much fun that after paying for the tux and all the ad ones I completely forgot to tip the, in my mind, hardest worker in the store. His name has completely slipped my mind. I went by the store the next day to give him the tip but he wasn't working. I will try again to tip him the day I pick up my son's suit and when I drop it off. BTW: My son is autistic and our salesman was wonderful with him. That meant a lot to me. He treated him as he would any...

Well, the entire staff is top notch. It displays through management that these young professionals were hand picked.
Speaking of young professionals, I had the privilege to work with Anthony Fortuna. Mr. Fortuna is equipped with diversified styling options, his communication and relatability skills are phenomenal, and he possesses a great attention to detail.
I’ve purchased two great Joe custom suits and I love the way they came out. I also purchased a Joe custom sports coat and two custom and limited edition Joseph Abboud suits.
Here is my one and only caveat, notice the disparity between Joe custom and Joseph Abboud, when you go with Joseph Abboud the price tag is higher..but the quality is amazing.
Bearing this in mind, you may not NEED a Joseph Abboud suit, And Anthony does a great job at making sure you get a “bang for your buck” and the most use out of your suit.
I will, however, recommend getting the Joe Abboud suit. They have great deals on them, they’re cheaper, the quality is amazing, and you have a lifetime alteration policy. It may not seem like a big deal now, but we all fluctuate in size. This option is well worth the investment.
As stated before, Anthony does a great job at ensuring you understand this. He will provide you with every bit of detail he can, and may I add he is very stylish.
As I digress, I simply want to give a shout out to the entire staff there, and a special shout out to Anthony. You sir, are the man.
In the words of the store’s...
