The one guy who helped me ended up giving me the wrong type of oil, and the completely wrong size for my oil filter. Not to top off the fact that he could probably tell I donāt know what Iām dealing with and sold me the most expensive stuff they had to offerā¦.. Iām definitely not coming back until they hire representatives who are skillful and have the know how. I EVEN HAD PICTURES TO REFERENCE WHAT I NORMALLY USE AND HE ENDED UP GIVING ME WHAT HE THOUGHT WAS BEST. Top it all off with his ānot to dig at your boyfriend, but this is what is bestāā¦....

He patiently listened to me explain what I thought was wrong and told me what I likely needed to do to diagnose the problem on my car that was at home. He was dead on! He gave me the supplies I needed while I was there, checked those out efficiently and then gave me the part number I would need to order if his suspicions were correct (and they were).
