Bored Paracord — Local services in Lansing

I recently tried to place not one, but two orders from them. I placed one order and then actually spoke with Shawn due to an address issue. I was told that everything had been cleared up and my order should have arrived two days ago. So later that night I decided that I wanted more supplies than what I had originally ordered, so I placed a second order, for an additional $400. I received an email the next morning stating that both of my orders had been canceled. I also received an email from Shawn stating there was some type of discrepancy between billing address and shipping address (or something to that effect) he then asked for a photo of my driver's license and debt/credit card to help clear things up, so i sent them along with a different address to have everything shipped to, and silence is all I have gotten since. I am extremely disappointed as all of these supplies were supposed to be a gift for someone and it took me four years to get the money together for all of this as I am disabled. Money has been refunded, which is nice, however an explanation or response of some kind would have been greatly appreciated. I went to this website after being told that this was the best place to get the materials with the hopes of really making someone's day.....but have instead been left with not only with that person disappointed, but myself as well. I got into paracord projects a couple of years ago. When I really got interested in the craft, I found it was hard to determine what colors I needed just by looking at the colors online. I was very happy when I found out that there was a store right here in the metro Atlanta area that was dedicated just to paracord. I have been to the store numerous times and have always had a very pleasant experience. Shawn (owner) has been there on most of my visits and he is very friendly and helpful. It has been great to see how he has transformed the store over the past year. There is a huge selection of paracord colors and options to choose. He also has buckles and other paracord accessories in the store. If you are in the Atlanta area (well really the suburb of Lilburn in Gwinnett County, still not far from Atlanta) and have the paracord hobby, stop in the store and browse around. They sent me 550 cord instead of the 750 that I ordered. I got no response to my email for 9 days. Shawn finally responded after I sent a second email. He wrote me a long email accusing me of being wrong because the weight of the package he mailed me was 3 oz heavier than what he would expect for 550 cord. I told him that I cut it open and counted the strands and offered to send him pictures. He declined the pictures. After all this, he gave me the option of a 40% refund otherwise I would have to mail back the 550 cord in order to get the 750 that I originally ordered. This is all over a $14 length of cord.
