First of all, this location is beautiful, and I loved the vibe. A little less of the Apple Store feel we are getting from a lot of dispensaries these days and that’s really cool. Even while keeping a more alternative feel, the shop definitely holds up to the current standards for what a high-end dispensary looks like in the area. Even without checking out the section, I was impressed with their seemingly large collection of glass and paraphernalia.
As a medical patient, the fact that they put you at the front of the line and show you true priority is very refreshing. It’s always nice when it feels as though being a med patient still means something. The receptionist was friendly, upbeat, and quick. Despite dealing with a large closing rush, she remained poised and professional. Her bright greeting was a wonderful way to start our visit, and I wish I could remember her name so I could have included it here. Even though I do wish the location was able to take card, I was happy we were informed ahead of time it was cash only, and they did have and ATM on site.
Walking into the sales area I was immediately impressed by their large selection of products, and the in-house brand of pre-rolls I bought were well priced and good quality. My partner and I especially enjoyed their infused pre-rolls.
Most impressive however was our budtender Lo. Though they said this was their first dispensary position, they were clearly well trained and had been given a solid basis of product knowledge. They worked hard answering all of my questions, and to help get us a really good deal for our first time in store. The ambiance of the whole store was lovely, but all in all Lo and their attitude was what made the experience for me. The fact that they were clearly excited to be there, and enjoying their work was awesome to see. Happy employees are always a big part of what will bring me back.
