If you want to surprise someone with a floral delivery, DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!
I live in a secure apartment building in Bath. I was not home in the middle of the day on a Tuesday, so I missed the delivery. A tag was left on the door telling me to call them. When I did, the so called "customer service" was extremely rude and not at all helpful. I was told that "I was very far out there" and that the driver had already been out there once so if I wanted to come pick them up. A) The person who sent me flowers, paid for delivery. B) On your website, the FIRST city listed in your delivery area, is Bath. C) You're telling me in your business you've NEVER ONCE had someone not home/available for delivery and had to try to deliver again!?!
I will never use this florist and whenever I finally get my flowers to find out who they came from, you better believe I'm telling them to never use this florist again...

There’s one tiny stand of produce and their website makes it sound like they have a bunch, a small area outside that had a terrible selection of perennials. Most everything there is not marked as to what it is or prices. I asked an employee and although she was nice she used an app on her phone to identify the plants because she didn’t know and the she didn’t know if it was annual or perennial. She said the annuals and perennials were just sort of mixed in. It was very weird and there’s no trees or shrubs so don’t bother if you’re looking for anything other than annuals to plant in pots. I definitely didn’t see anything that would cause me to try to go back...
Read moreLansing Gardens I would say is a B+ garden center. It has a lot of 4x4 plants in the spring and parking is very easy. Its selection of larger perennials is relatively small, especially compared to a place like Van Atta's. The inside shop has a mix of gifts, garden and lawn supplies, and it does have again a relatively small collection of truly beautiful Christmas decor. What is there at Christmas, however, is much above average in my opinion. It also excels at fun Halloween decor especially the natural type stuff like hay bales and pumpkins. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. You usually have to ask at the checkout for professional gardening help. And they are VERY reasonably priced compared to larger garden centers like Horrock's...
