The Lab Ski and Snowboard Shop — Attraction in Lansing

My husband and I stopped in yesterday to figure out ways to adjust his boots/stance to help with his skiing (he just started skiing 3-4 years ago at young age of 58!). Dan Coppa, the owner, spent so much time with him to help solve his control issues with turning. Dan was so understanding and gave Bill some amazing ideas before we did anything drastic with his boots (thinking about canting them). I’ve been in the store a couple times, and the staff has been very helpful and knowledgeable. I also called the day before we left for a spur of the moment trip up north, to see about getting a couple boards waxed. My expectations were low being there was only a couple hours left in the day, but without question, they told me to run them by and they’d get it done for me. They did as stated and hooked my son’s board and my board up with fresh wax for the weekend!! Much appreciated and I don’t forget great service when I see it!!!...

They offer skis in their ski shop and also online for eBay this ski shop does not deliver when it comes to ordering their skis . Got scammed by them online after ordering their elan playmakers , they tried to pretend that fed ex doesn’t offer tracking and took me for just under $500 while also not sending me any skis. Now I’ve got to deal with trying to figure out a refund! Tasteless company that ties up your money . He never shipped my skis in the first place cause he had already sold them. ...
