Don’t come to this shop. They are lazy, and they never get the jobs done right. I came here today, to get a radiator flush, brake adjustment, and grease. And they came up with excuses and didn’t want to work on my truck. They recommended me to put cascade dishwasher soap in my radiator instead. And on the brake adjustment, they didn’t want to do it cause it has automatic adjusters. I didn’t come here for them to tell me how parts on my truck work. I know how my truck and parts work. Truck drivers need to bring their trucks to the shop once in a while, and have mechanics take a look and make sure everything is working properly. 3 months ago, I came to this same place to get steer tires replaced, and they cracked one of my wheels edge with a hammer, trying to get the old tire off. This people are just lazy, they only come here to clock in, sit their asses around, while reaping off the company. I will never bother to stop here again to get repairs done. Just wasted...

24:40hrs Saturday morning, pull up to fuel isle, insert card… as my fingers touch the card to pull it out… “dispenser reserved” flashed across the screen on pump… so I tried a couple more times… finally I call fuel desk.. I tell her what I just explained… she says.. ummm yeah.. it’s the damn shift change. This was spoken to me in a very rude manner and she sounded like she hates every moment spent at work. A simple.. sorry sir, we are currently in the middle of shift change. 15min or so and will be back online… Anyway…. 00:22hrs and finally I see the screen change back to normal… that was way longer then 15min like she. I know it’s really not a big deal, but it bothered me and I didn’t appreciate being talked to like that… I come in here at this time on a weekly… 2 or 3 times even, never had this happen as it did tonight… OK MY RANT IS OVER LOL… big parking and always get in a shower...

Wish I could shop here. I literally go out of my way to avoid this place. There is never an employee at the register and the one time I called to the back area they had the nerve to ask in a nasty tone why I was yelling. I explained that I was waiting 15 minutes on my 30 minute lunch and they said that's not my problem. Mind you there was 2 employees on shift both decide to abandon the register.
