It was a good positive experience. Friendly staff, quick service and food was on point. Seating area was clean and dry. They didn't run out if anything and got my order right. Air conditioning was nice as this was close to 100 degrees outside. It was a great way to end a long day if driving across Texas over 600 miles.

It was a good positive experience. Friendly staff, quick service and food was on point. Seating area was clean and dry. They didn't run out if anything and got my order right. Air conditioning was nice as this was close to 100 degrees outside. It was a great way to end a long day if driving across Texas over 600 miles.

I visited this Taco Bell and had one of the worst customer service experiences with host: Julio I’ve ever encountered. I ordered my a meal for $9.99, but the server overcharged ($14.91) me for my meal and did not even gave me drink which comes with meal. When I pointed it out, instead of addressing the issue professionally, they were dismissive and rude, stating that “this place is overpriced” as if that excused the mistake.

While I understand that prices can vary, being overcharged and receiving such an unprofessional response was unacceptable. I hope Taco Bell management addresses these kinds of issues, as it really impacts the overall experience. Will think twice before returning to...

Ok ok so I'm not being bias, cuz I'm not from Laredo, but #6 combo in Laredo, TX was cooked/made to Perfection, Counter Cashier Julio was professional, welcoming, and friendly. No matter what restaurant I go to, if they get it right in several depts as a team I have to REVIEW...takes a team to get it right. In the last week and a half we’ve been here 3 times twice my husband went in after 9pm to get food with no problem and once it was exactly 9pm when he walked in the front door and they told him they were closed….so which is it??? Food is always good but when your expecting food bc you KNOW it’s available…..and it’s actually not….very...
